The Pulse40 LED panel is a great desktop device in a small, slim package. I keep it on my desktop next to my computer making it easy and convenient to use. Between this and my mask, I use red light on my face about 3-4 times per week and have seen great benefits from reducing redness to tightening the skin.

I bought the panel one month ago and it’s a real gem.
After cleansing my face, applying my vitamin C serum(geek and gorgeous)and my Maysama green rooibos serum,I enjoy the 7 minutes relaxing session.(I also practice cardiac coherence at the same time) .Top notch !
Despite my age , I don’t have lines and my skin is ok, but I can see that it feels plumper and i can notice the brown spot near my ear fading.And the glow is cherry on the cake.
5 times a week in the morning is my ritual.

I purchased this item as a recommendation from Penn Smith, who I trust very much, so I hope it's safe. The light is so intense that I have some concern that it may be harmful to my eyesight. I am currently using it at the 20Hz level, which is recommended, with a double layer of googles. That helps, but it's still quite strong and generates strange Kaleidoscope like images that can be unsettling. I tried to move to the 10Hz level, but it was way too much for me. The images were extremely unsettling and even 10 hours later, when I went to bed, I was still seeing those images when I closed my eyes. I have only been using the device for a few weeks, so I cannot comment on it's effectiveness at reducing fine lines etc. I remain hopefully optimistic.
