FAQs

Q: What is the irradiance?

A: IMPT operates at 41±5mw/cm2. Continuous Wave operates at 26±5mw/cm2. Both deliver a final dose of 9 Joules/cm2 over 6 minute treatment.

Q: Why are the near infrared lights not working? I can’t see them

A: Near infrared is outside of the visible spectrum and not visible to the naked eye. However, there is a very slight glow that comes from the LEDs, particularly in dark conditions. Please rest assured that they are working!

Q: What is the ideal treatment time and frequency of use?

A: The recommended treatment time is 6 minutes with pulsed light (or 9 minutes continuous wave), 3-5 times per week.

Q: When can I expect results?

A: Results vary depending on your treatment goals, skin condition, chronology and consistency of use. Results may be seen as early as four week, and are generally more evident after three months. We encourage you to record your progress by taking before and after images.

Q: Does LED Light Therapy interfere with medications?

A: Red and near infrared light has been proven in clinical studies and peer reviewed clinical trials to be safe and effective. However, if you use photosensitising medication, we recommend consulting with your health care provider before using this device.

Q: Can I overdo my LED light therapy?

A: Whilst LED light therapy is safe, we recommend that you stick within the recommended treatment times. LED elicits a biological response for health benefits. The bi-phasic dose response means that prolonged exposure, in a single session, can start to inhibit the beneficial impact. Whilst pulsed LED light extends the bi-phasic dose response, it is also more effective so treatment times can be reduced.

    First class customer services

    I originally bought the Prana face and dec set last November (2025) and I was extremely impressed with how my skin clarity and texture improved. When they offered me a discounted upgrade to the Aura I decided to upgrade. Mainly based on the more complete coverage and shape, not the light per se as I exclusively use NIR and Red combo in both masks. The Aura can be adjusted to for different chin shapes and it is a snug but not uncomfortable fit. It does rest on the bridge of my nose a bit but because it’s only six minutes it’s not too uncomfortable to wear. My original neck and dec mask developed a fault and I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement immediately. Unfortunately the battery on the Aura wasn’t charging properly so they also sent me a replacement battery. Their customer service is first class.especially considering how much these masks cost. I’m extremely happy with the mask and the customer service. And glad I bought them .

    AURA - Easy to use

    Take it out of the well packaged box.

    Charge the battery. ( A couple of hours)

    Put straps on mask.

    When battery is charged place on mask

    Set the control 1,2, or 3 according to directions.

    Relax and enjoy.

    Love the softness and the way it molds to my face. I like having the controls right on the side of the mask.

    Neck strap is very inconvenient.

    The long neck strap has to be threaded through a slot every time a person uses the NeckDec. This is difficult because the strap and the slot are behind my head. So I have to reach my arms behind my head, thread the thick Velcro strap through the narrow rubber slot, in order to tighten the NeckDec. Over time, I am concerned that the rubber slot will be torn through. It would be better if the NeckDec secured with Velcro from each side of the NeckDec, like your face mask. Once the face mask is properly adjusted and fitted to one's face, it is easy to strap on and secure the velcro, and no further adjustment is necessary. Please redesign the NeckDec Velcro to make it easier to use. Thank you.

    Great

    A great device and I like you can walk about with it and not have an attachment to hold. I find it quite heavy, and I always get a red mark on the bridge of my nose after using it. I'm happy to still have the other prana mask though as it lies flat so I can use it for travelling. This one does not so not great for putting in a suitcase. Also not sure why you have a slit at the mouth, it's so small and nobody surely drinks when doing their LED mask! Overall it was a treat to get it as you had a great offer on it.
