Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge subject to your order not being locked for shipping. Once orders have been locked for shipping or despatched, refunds will be actioned as soon as product has been returned to our relevant warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy 

MAYSAMA make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for products which are Fit for Resale within 14 days of delivery, subject to normal purchase conditions*

Fit For Resale: This means that products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging and tamper seals must not have been removed.

The return must be shipped back to our designated returns facility within 14 days of contacting Maysama. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

*If a product has been provided Free of Charge as part of a promotion, we can not exchange these items or accept returns under these conditions.

Please be advised that Maysama do not cover the cost of return carriage but will refund your products in full, less any costs incurred to process and ship your order and receive your return, once our warehouse has confirmed that items have been returned to stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If items are damaged during delivery, or defective in any way, please contact us immediately at support@maysama.com.

Allergic Reaction

Maysama formulates for all skin types but always with sensitive skin in mind. Our formulations are free from added fragrance and essential oils, drying alcohols and all known EU allergens.  

Please be advised that a small percentage of the population (less than 1%) cannot tolerate niacinamide or pure Aloe Vera gel, which are used in our formulations.
