FAQs

Q: Why are the near infrared lights not working? I can’t see them

A: Near infrared is outside of the visible spectrum and not visible to the naked eye. However, there is a very slight glow that comes from the LEDs, particularly in dark conditions. Please rest assured that they are working!

Q: What is the ideal treatment time and frequency of use?

A: The recommended treatment time is 6 minutes with pulsed light (or 9 minutes continuous wave), 3-5 times per week.

Q: When can I expect results?

A: Results vary from person to person, but improvements in the appearance of skin are typically gradual and develop with consistent use. Individual outcomes depend on skin type, concerns, and how regularly the device is used. We encourage you to record your progress by taking before and after images.

Q: Does LED Light Therapy interfere with medications?

A: Red and near-infrared light wavelengths are widely studied and commonly used in cosmetic LED light therapy. However, if you are taking photosensitising medications or have any concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using this device.

Q: Can I overdo my LED light therapy?

A: Whilst LED light therapy is safe, we recommend that you stick within the recommended treatment times. LED elicits a biological response for health benefits. For best results, we recommend using your LED device as directed and avoiding longer or more frequent sessions than advised. Consistent use within the recommended treatment times is designed to support gradual improvements in the appearance of the skin. More frequent or extended use is unlikely to enhance visible results.

    Best on the market in my opinion!!!!!!!

    The pulsing light is such an amazing feature and honestly I feel like it may possibly be what’s helping my mental health as well, bc the one I used before this didn’t have that awesome feature. 42 in two weeks and I can honestly say MY ENTIRE life people commented on how red my face is, but since using THIS device people always stop me about my skin and its radiance/glow. I don’t wear any skin makeup (unless over a blemish). If these pictures alone aren’t a true testimony of this product, I don’t know what else is. I took the time to write this because it’s been about 6 months of using this device and from week one people started taking notice of my skin. I watched a podcast/video on how Bev, the maker of this particular product, is a scientist and because of the scientific reasons for it, she chose to include pulsing light with these devices.     SIX MINUTES TO BETTER SKIN!

    Highly recommended - for just 6 mins daily I have visibly better skin (better in a range of ways, all the ways you'd anticipate) to the point where friends commented without prompting. I imagine it may even reduce the visits needed for wrinkle reduction. Money saver!
