Maysama Urchin is an innovative beauty device that combines sonic cleansing, microcurrent, and pulsed red LED light, designed to support a refined skincare routine and enhance the appearance of skin. Sonic Cleansing Function: The device features a detachable silicone brush head for gentle yet effective cleansing and massage.     Excellent Customer Service Support

    I am most impressed with the quality of customer service support I received following the purchase of the urchin device. The urchin device is a great addition to the tools that I already own. I have seen steady results with consistent use of the product in combination with the Rooibus serum.

    A few months following my purchase of the urchin device the charge started to fail. I got in touch with customer service regarding this product malfunction situation. I was encouraged to send a video of the device malfunctioning. Shortly after, I was provided with a brand new device.

    I am most pleased with the ease of resolving this issue. I want to thank the entire Maysama Team of professionals for their commitment to providing excellent customer service and for backing up their state -of -the- art products.

    TRAVEL FRIENDLY!

    It’s handy for travel. I tried the Green Rooibos gel balm cleanser but didn’t get it foaming up like the ‘clip’ tutorial. The microcurrent is great, I have 2 other mc devices, but this is quicker to use as I have it in my hand after cleaning. Red light great too, I have led panel, but this is handy & time saving. It’s the perfect device 👌 I will definitely be taking it on my camping trips. Btw’ 70yo this year.

    I love my Maysama Urchin! Worth the wait!!!

    Loving this device! It is contouring my face into a slimmer version of me! I like what I see when I look in the mirror! I bought all 4 Maysama devices (Urchin, Prana Mask, LED Hair Growth Comb and Bian Stone Gua Sha LED Facial Massager) as well as the Maysama Green Rooibos Pressed Serum. I am really appreciating all of the thought/science and technology incorporated onto Maysama’s devices - especially the pulsed light! Thank you for making such great products! Can’t wait to take them on vacation with me ❤️

    kind of an amazing device

    I bought my Urchin in december and had only used it for cleaning my face until today. I finally used it for microcurrent and I am extremely impressed. It is an amazing sonic cleansing device with any face cleanser. You also get red light with microcurrent that is beyond what I could have expected. I used a microcurrent gel and I only did the second level and let me tell you how spicy it is!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I had no idea how powerful this microcurrent is. I have Nuface and Ziip so Im not new to microcurrent devices. What a wonderful multifunctional device that is so comfortable to hold in your hand.
