FAQs

Q: Why are the near infrared lights not working? I can’t see them

A: Near infrared is outside of the visible spectrum and not visible to the naked eye. However, there is a very slight glow that comes from the LEDs, particularly in dark conditions. Please rest assured that they are working!

Q: What is the ideal treatment time and frequency of use?

A: The recommended treatment time is 6 minutes with pulsed light (or 9 minutes continuous wave), 3-5 times per week.

Q: When can I expect results?

    SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE

    In the amount of time I have been using it, I have seen a difference. It is not overnight, which I prefer. I have years of sun damage and if it can go away quickly, that means it will boomerang back quickly. I want it gone as much as possible, forever.

    Love the Chin2Chest

    I already had the Maysama Face mask and got the Chin2chest during the fabulous holiday sale. I love the control feature where you just click it on and it's already at the right setting for wave length, pulse and time. My face mask is older and doesn't have that one click feature so I have to click each setting. Maybe the new face masks do now. I also love the comfortable size that fits my neck and decolte just right. One change I would suggest is to move the cord coming out of the Chin2 Chest from the bottom to the top so it's easier to come out from under any tops you're wearing when using it. I use all of the Maymasa products as recommended before strapping into my face mask and Chin2Chest. The pulse feature is one of the features that sets these products apart from the others!

    I am really pleased with this device

    It’s still very early days as only had this for 3 weeks but I am confident it will produce results over time. I love the charger with the countdown and the device is very comfortable the only criticism is the neck strap is too big , I think this could be improved and the charger could have a clip to attach to clothes. It’s very easy to use and fit into a daily routine.

    Please bring out a full head device to hair with hair growth.
